We invite you to visit our church and worship with us each Sunday at 10:00AM! Please check our calendar for other fellowship opportunities. Our Children's Sunday school and Adult Education classes are held at 9:00 AM in the downstairs classrooms. Sunday School for the youth is held upstairs. A nursery is available for childcare during Sunday school and Worship services.

FPC Welcomes Rev. Dr. Bruce Taylor as Their New Pastor/Head of Staff

The congregation at First Presbyterian Church warmly welcomes him to their family! Bruce comes from Spanish Springs Presbyterian Church of Sparks, Nevada where he has been serving since 1998.

Pastor Bruce was born in Kermit, Texas and he has three children: Christine, 25, Jesse 22, and Bethany, 17.

Bruce became Dr. Taylor in 1988 when he was awarded his PhD from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond. He earned his MDiv at Iliff School of Theology and his J.D. from the law school, both at the University of Denver. He completed his undergraduate work at Northwestern in Evanston, Illinois.

He enjoys model railroading in his spare time and holds a single engine flight certification. Pastor Bruce is scheduled to begin his service at Ponca City, Sunday, January 1.
